Join Joe Taft for a six-week yoga series on breathing, movement, and life-enhancing attitude. These classes will include a clear understanding of the basics of alignment, breath technique, and foundational philosophy. We will explore the abundance of our own hearts through present moment awareness and the powerful teachings of yoga.
