Mondays from 5:15 to 6:15 pm

(please arrive at 5 pm for your first class)

The following Classic Nia classes are all 10:15 to 11:15 am:

Tuesdays with Lisa Mandle

Thursdays with Jenny Lumb

Saturdays with Jenny Lumb




$12 drop in

$60 6-class card (two month expiration)

$80 one month of unlimited classes


Please note that we often end class with a cool down on the floor, so feel free to bring a yoga mat or use one provided by the studio.  You may also want to bring a water bottle.
