"As a trained dancer and teacher of dance, I am enchanted with Nia as a form of movement, self-expression, artistry, creativity, and intellectual and emotional stimulation.  Jenny's classes make exploration of your body, the space around you, and the accompanying music an open invitation to create.  So you just might miss that you are getting a great workout and finding how beautifully you can DANCE, no matter who you are and not matter your past experiences."
